Afrik Events Solutions owns and maintains its own inventory. Nothing is sub-hired at the last minute, so what you are quoted is what arrives, in the condition you were shown.
Every hire includes delivery to your venue, professional setup by our own crew, on-site support for the duration of the event, and a full pack-out afterwards. You are not left with a pile of equipment and a manual.
Items can be hired individually or as a complete setup. Tell us the venue, the guest numbers and the date, and we will put together the combination that fits.
